About Us

The Pantry & CorkscrewTHE PANTRY & CORKSCREW was
set up in 2010 by husband and wife
team Dermott Flynn & Janice O’Rourke.

Janice manages the front of house with her team while Dermott manages the kitchen.

We are a small operation with a big focus on quality produce. We try to use as much local produce as possible and if we can’t source it locally we will do our best to make sure that it is Irish.


We only use Irish Free-Range chicken and eggs in our dishes and use Organic Irish Beef in our handmade burgers. Our list of Local & Irish suppliers is growing by the month. We keep our prices competitive so that Organic & Free-Range need not cost the Earth to enjoy. All of our dishes are freshly handmade in our kitchen and many of our dishes are cooked with a Slow Food ethos.

We offer an early-bird option between 5.30pm and 6.45pm.

Open for dinner from 5.30pm to 10pm.
